Audeze has a new pair of headphones focused on creators and audio professionals, designed in collaboration with Manny Marroquin. Manny is an award-winning producer/mixer (known for his work with artists like Kanye West, Post Malone, Alicia Keys, Bruno Mars, and The Rolling Stones) who also happens to be Audeze’s new head of professional products. The new model is the MM-500 Manny Marroquin Signature Series Headphones and it was just announced/revealed at NAMM 2022 yesterday.

The headphones appear to take on the familiar design found with some of Audeze’s other models (ie, LCD-2 or LCD-X), including specifications like the company’s planar magnetic drivers, Faxor phase management, and Fluxor magnet array.

Targeted for serious professionals, the MM-500 headphones (not to be mistaken with Senn’s MM-500-X)  have an MSRP of $1,699. So these won’t be anything close to entry-level. You can see a more detailed list of specifications below to get a better understanding.

They are available now from Audeze’s website and will be making their way to other Audeze-certified dealers come time. The headphones include a braided Cable and travel case. If we give them a listen, we’ll make sure to circle back with what we discover.
